About Wing Chun
Wing Chun is an effective and practical martial art which emphasises simplicity, economy of motion and simultanous attack
and defense.
Relaxation is very important in Wing Chun - it's not a tense or rigid system.
Strength is not essential. Infact, the system teaches how to use the opponent's strength against them which makes the style
ideal for men and women of all ages and body types.
Wing Chun is primarily a striking and trapping art with fast flowing movements that teach you how to use
your energy effectively. Traditionally, the style is based on the movements of the snake and crane.
Wing Chun is the martial art which Bruce Lee studied under Great GrandMaster Yip Man.
